Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location

My stay included a very friendly airport drop-off. Alam was so nice to drive me to the airport. The hotel had clean rooms and good food and the staff were friendly. The hotel breakfast had super good items. Sita was also an amazingly nice lady to help all guests.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It only provided slightly noisy ventilation. A ceiling fan in the room helped. The bathroom sink was chipped and poorly repaired.

The breakfast included good options for Western cuisine plus a station prepared scrambled eggs. Pancakes and Indian options were available as well. I found the food to be quite yummy with a lot of variety.

The room was generally very clean. The bathroom offered a great shower with lots of water and good pressure. There were complimentary water bottles, a kettle, and coffee and tea bags provided in the room. This was helpful.

Vidit provided excellent service. He cared about our comfort. Arun at the front desk checked us in efficiently and welcomed us warmly. Managers Vivek and Sushant showed great attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
